Welcome to yoyomiles. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and related transactions are handled when using the yoyomiles app and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellations by the User
a. Before Driver Assignment: If you cancel before a driver is assigned, you will not be charged any cancellation fee. Any prepaid amount (if applicable) will be refunded in full.
b. After Driver Assignment: If a driver has already been assigned and is en route to your pickup location, a cancellation charge may apply to compensate the driver for their time and travel.
c. After Vehicle Arrival: If the vehicle has already arrived and you cancel, a higher cancellation charge may apply depending on vehicle type (bike, 3-wheeler, mini-truck, or truck).
2. Cancellations by the Driver or yoyomiles
In rare cases, bookings may be canceled by drivers due to emergencies or system issues. If your booking is canceled by the driver or due to a system error, no cancellation fee will apply. Any prepaid booking will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
- Invalid or incomplete address
- Safety or security concerns
- System or payment failures
3. Refunds
a. Eligible Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Payment made but service not provided
- Duplicate or overpayment occurred
- Service not delivered due to driver unavailability
b. Non-Refundable Cases:
- Incorrect pickup or drop location provided by user
- User canceled after vehicle arrival
- Service completed successfully
- Issue caused by user negligence
c. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if part of the service was completed or partial costs (e.g., fuel or distance) were already incurred.
5. No-Show Policy
If the driver arrives at your pickup location and you are unreachable or unavailable, it will be considered a No-Show. The booking will auto-cancel after a waiting period, and a no-show fee may apply.
6. Force Majeure
yoyomiles shall not be liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, partial refund or goodwill credit may be offered but is not guaranteed.
7. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email support@yoyomiles.com with your Booking ID, Payment Reference, and Reason for Refund. Our support team will verify and process your request.
8. Modification or Change of Bookings
Once a booking is confirmed, changes to pickup/drop locations or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
