Welcome to yoyomiles. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the yoyomiles mobile application and website (“Service”), operated by yoyomiles (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

1. Services Provided

yoyomiles provides on-demand transportation, logistics, and moving services, including:

Bike delivery
3-Wheeler delivery
Mini-Truck and Truck bookings
Package and Movers services

We act only as a platform to connect customers with independent driver-partners (“Service Providers”). yoyomiles itself does not own or operate the vehicles.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate personal details (name, phone number, address, etc.).
You must use the Service for lawful purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using your valid phone number or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If we detect unauthorized use, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Booking and Service Usage

You can book rides or deliveries through the yoyomiles app.
Prices are displayed before confirming a booking.
yoyomiles reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
You must ensure accurate pickup and drop details are entered.
Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is canceled after confirmation.

5. Payments

Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or other online gateways integrated in the app.
All payments are handled securely through third-party payment gateways.
yoyomiles is not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking systems or internet issues.

6. Driver and Service Partner Conduct

All drivers and partners are verified before onboarding. However, since drivers are independent contractors, yoyomiles is not responsible for:

Any damage or loss of goods
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or technical issues
Any misconduct by a driver

In case of an issue, please contact support at support@yoyomiles.com, and we’ll investigate promptly.

7. User Responsibilities

Treat drivers and staff respectfully.
Avoid illegal or unsafe activities during transit.
Not misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the app.
Provide correct information for every booking.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension of your account.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If a vehicle has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

yoyomiles is a platform connecting customers and transport partners. We are not liable for:

Any loss, theft, or damage during transport
Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific booking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the yoyomiles app, including logo, design, text, graphics, and icons, are the property of yoyomiles. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.

12. Suspension or Termination

yoyomiles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app or website. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
